The Damage Assessment sheet Alows for the tracking of severity per RO. The information included is, the area of damage, repair hours, repair rates used for that RO, parts sold amount, paint and material, pre-tax estimate amount and a estimate total.

The Repair Cycle Time sheet allows you to track the vehicle from drop off to pick up. This sheet will pull the total repair hours from the Damage Assessment sheet and automate a  estimated days to repair amount based on the dates you input into the cell. It will calculate the total amount of days to repair and add accent green in the cell if you repaired the vehicle is less time then the configured estimated days to repair that is based on the labor hour assoiciated with the estimate. The estimated days and total days tor repair are color coded for quicker view. Red for when the days to repair are exceeded and green when they are not.

The Parts Inventory sheet is used to track the amount of profit the body shop is making on their sold parts. The part#, description of the part, the supplier. List price and cost are added and the sheet will automatically adjust the profit percentage. This will alow th body shop to see which suppliers are giving you the best deals and which ones are not. This allows the repair shop the opportunity to have a discussion with their parts supplier and have concrete documentation to possibly negotiate a better percentage.

Just as the title says this sheet is dedicated to tracking the payments that are owed. With automated data input and easy color coded drop down items the sheet makes it easier to verify what had been payed and what hasn't.
